(1) Mr. Soe Naing S/o Maung Nyo and Daw Sein; age, 52 years; Residence, Ram Bree (Ree) township Arakan state Burma; Height, 5 feet 5 inches; Mark, mole on the nose; Education, First year chemistry of student in Rangoon University; Present residence, Sainik Vishram Ghar, under the jurisdiction of Centre Criminal Section P.S at Haddo, Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands in Indian; Religion, Buddhist; Nation, Arakan; Parent’s occupation, farmre and primary school teacher, I have Five brothers, My wife name is Pa Kaung Sa Ah Eyan, I also have two daughters, Autobiography- I took park in the demonstration in 1970 when I joined Rangoon University. And I escaped to the jungle for polices were after me. But I unfortunately was arrested and mercilessly beaten and tortured. And then I was sent to Ein Sein jail in Rangoon and finally released 1976. I went to Thai- Burma border helping all the ethnics’ national groups and students taking part in the uprising in 1988. I joined National United Party of Arakan (NUPA) 1994. And I was arrested by the Indian Joint forces in 1998. I am being detained in Port Blair Andaman and Nicobar Islands in India up to date.

Autobiography: I joined a popular Pro Democracy uprising when I was at the third years History Student of Regional Collage in Akyab. I was a Central Executive Committee (CEC) OF Arakan Students and Youths Congress (ASYC) formed in 1990 in Arakan. It supported and campaigned for Arakan Ledge for Democracy (ALD). I became a Voice Chairman of All Arakan Students and Youths Congress (AASYC) formed on September 27th 1995 at Bangkok in Thailand. And I was the CEC of NUPA when AASYC merged to NUPA in which 4th party integrated to form NUPA.

I am youngest of Five Brothers and Sisters. Autobiography: I took part in the uprising against the Military regime and I was a Chairman of the Student Union in Maung Daw Township. In September 1998 Burmese Intelligence was after me so I was compelled to escape to Bangladesh border. I was a member of All Arakan Student of Union (AASU) in Bangladesh. And I was also the CEC in AASYC in Thailand in 1995. I became the CC of NUPA.
(5) Chan Du, S/O Nga Mai and Ma Thein Mya; R/O Ram Bree Township; Age, 46; Height, 5.7; Mark, Wart on the right temple; Education, Four Standard; Religion, Buddhist; Nation, Arakan; Parent’s occupation, farmers. I am second of Eight Brothers and Sisters. Autobiography: I joined the Workers Organization and participated in the 1988 uprising. And I joined AASYC in 1995 and I am the member of NUPA in 1997.

Autobiography: In 1988, when the Pro Democracy uprising began, I was studying the religious subject at the monastery. I too as a monk joined the demonstration against the Burmese Junta. In 1996, I joined AASYC and I became a member of NUPA in 1997.
